SYDNEY — Cape Breton’s only university, like others across the country, is not immune to the issue of binge drinking and the ugly and sometimes criminal side-effects.

However, Cape Breton University is attempting to make sure its students are fully aware of the perils and are better able to prevent them.

Nova Scotia students’ unions have partnered with the province for multiple projects that aim to reduce the risks associated with binge drinking.
